From reading other reviews it seems DXB do not seem to care when things do not go according to plan. Purchased a fragrance 10th june today is the 21st if June and still no delivery. Countless emails later and still silence in DXBS part. I guess i will get the standard response to this review which is apologies the customer care team will contact you asap. I wont be holding my breath for their response.in my opinion stay well clear of this company customers seem to be a necessary evil on their way to making a fast buck with no responsability or accountability and redress

Order multiple times from them but this time was really disappointing! Received two items not three, I paid for three. Realised straight package containing two items, done pictures, send to them. No answer! Totally ignored my multiple emails. Have to ask PayPal for help! Pls be careful!

Purchased this as the advertising said the scent lasts longer than the original. Unfortunately this does not last long at all. Smells amazing but doesn’t last. Very disappointing.

I’ve been a customer for a couple years now with zero issues until recently . Made an order on 2 June 2026… sent 3 emails and customer service is non existent. I’ve been ignored. Save your money! Avoid them.

order was bought on 5th June. invoice says sent on 8th June. it is now 18th June and no delivery. I have sent several emails, no reply. track order on royal mail and all it says we are expecting your order, it has not updated. sent an email to cancel and requested full refund. still no reply
