We've had a Magento site for many years (and we've had a few different hosts) so we have a good feeling for those that know what they are doing, DX3 have a great understanding of what it takes to make your Magento site run smoothly. We have 1000's of products and a pretty busy server with some unique settings, however these guys have gone out of their way to ensure we run problem free. We rarely talk to support as there's no need to, but they are there if you need them.

DX3 is an expert in Magento hosting, great servers tuned and dedicated for Magento.

I've been using Dx3webs for a few sites for about 3 years - like any hosts there are occasional downtimes but when they do happen Dx3webs are very quick to sort them and they are also very good at helping with issues instead of getting you caught in a "it's not us" cycle as so many other hosts do.

I have been very happy with the customer service as well as technical support from this company. From the very first time I contacted them for a quote and advice they have been helpful and patient with me in order to find the right package for my site's needs as well as for my budget.
There have been a couple of occasions where I was sent the wrong settings etc (ip address, nameservers) and although in one of the occasions the company was aware of the wrong email sent (at least, that's what I was told) they didn't follow up with the correct one.
However, they were very quick and helpful in order to correct the mistake. Support team has been eager to help me set up various settings and tweaks as per my site's needs!
