We had our windows and doors fitted in August 2025. What a wonderful company . From start with Aaron coming out to see us to measure and quote to the actual fitting. Everything was very professional but very relaxed. I am so pleased with everything and can’t thank them enough. Sorry it’s taken so long, but kept going out of my mind 🙀. Better late than never ! First class service from start to finish, fitted superbly by the fitters ,would highly recommend DW windows .

They were great from initial enquiry, quote, surveying and fitting. Even though we were unsure of what we wanted Craig helped us and even did a mock up of our choices on the pc so we could see it before ordering. The surveyor fully explained everything as he went and pointed out any issues we may have. The fitters Dean and Zack couldn’t have done more to ensure we were happy with everything before they left and the finish was excellent. Also impressed that everything we purchased came with a 10 year guarantee.

Excellent service from start to finish, bedroom and living room bay windows fitted. No pushy sales people, they listened to what we wanted, went through our options with us, invited us to the show room so that we could see final finish.
Simon and a young lad came to fit, very polite, cleaned up, went through the fit with us to ensure we were happy. Simon explained he would need to come back the next morning to finish off, gave us peace of mind that the job was not being rushed.
We are so happy we shall be ordering patio doors.
Definitely recommend. Worth 5 stars.

Helpful and do the job well and the fitters do a good job to a good team effort well done

The rear windows and the fascia and guttering above my rear extension were in urgent need of renewal. I was very nervous about doing the work in terms of the cost and whether the job would be done professionally. I chose DW windows and was very impressed. The initial staff were transparent and gave constructive advice on what could and couldn’t be done. The office team kept me up to date on the progress of my order. The fitters were friendly and punctual and cleaned up after themselves. I was really happy with the installation in terms of the quality and cost. I have already recommended DW windows to a neighbour and would chose them the next time I need windows, doors or guttering etc.

Fantastic buying experience from DW windows , polite,freindly and fast response , always kept updated as to the status of our order all the way through i would highly recommend DW and will use them again in near future , Price and Quality second to none and a massive thank you too the whole team from start to finish office to fitters, we are over the moon with our new doors and windows .

Chris and Brett, had great workmanship, they were clean considerate and polite.

A difficult task fitting new doors to existing side windows but competed showing skill and knowledge with a finish that made the installation look like one . Lead installer was Gary Price who together with his partner get a deserved thumbs up.

Had windows and a back door from DW Windows excellent Service from Start to finish,Chris &Brett the fitters were lovely too,no mess left ,hard working especially in the weather we have had this last week,made you feel at ease and answered any queries I had , Rachel who came to measure up was lovely made you feel at ease and not pushy would highly recommend this Company to anyone ,very smooth transition,my house looks nice and fresh and draught free .🙏Shout out to reception staff too very friendly and approachable

Fantastic service from start to finish. Aaron (Sales) was superb explained every detail & wasnt pushy at all, he couldn't have done more to reassure us of the whole service. Punctual, pleasant and professional.
It was to fit new doors to moms house. We went to the showroom to see what doors were available and the staff were so helpful and pleasant especially with my mom who is her nineties, they couldn't do enough.
The rep that came to moms house was pleasant and very professional.
We have always had good experience with DW Windows we have told family and friends how satisfied we are with their initial service to the fitting and completion of doors and windows.
Definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with our new windows.Communication from start to finish was brilliant ,friendly and professional. We thank the fitters (CHRIS & BRETT) they were very pleasant and professional, worked very hard in very cold conditions and cleaned up to a high standard .Highly recommend.

Our experience of D W Windows was 5 star from start to finish. From dropping in at the showroom & placing an order to John the surveyor measuring up & actually saving us some money (thanks John) to Gary & Charlie fitting them all. All polite, friendly & knowledgeable. Gary & Charlie working through dreadful weather. Gary worked very hard to get it done quickly because of the weather. Extremely pleased with the doors & windows & how hard the fitters worked.

the fitters Chris and Brett did not stop although it was pouring with rain. really pleased with the finished window. t stop though
