I was advertised DWNLOW whilst looking for new underwear as "Jockstraps are not work appropriate attire"
The site does a great job at selling the sexy and great looking underwear.
I ordered 2no boxers and 1no jockstrap as I couldn't help think how sexy they looked.
The process was quick and easy and in a few days the discretely packaged (I don't remember if it was an option or not but I thought this was a good way to keep the full order together and safe from snoops) underwear had arrived.
I opened the package to see there was a pair of the boxers missing.
I contacted their customer service to say I was missing a pair of boxers.
Later that night (about over an hour or so later) I received a reply with an apology and that the boxers and a set of socks to apologise would be sent out the next morning.
The socks and missing boxers arrived a few days later and I was able to try the socks with the boxers and the jockstrap and they look perfect together and we're all super soft and very accommodating.
The boxers and jockstrap pouch are a soft slightly stretchy fabric that feels great on my body.
The socks were super soft and felt like I was walking on a cloud. Much better than most other socks I've worn.
Overall my experience with DWNLOW has been perfect and I'll be making sure my boyfriend buys his own socks and underwear rather than steal mine.
