A few days ago, I ordered some curtains, and they look amazing. The fabric, the embroidery, the stitching, and the way they drape on the window are all perfect. What impressed me the most is the impeccable embroidery work.

I have been dealing with this problem way too long. Quality control needs to step in. The threads will not connect correctly! Send me a return label and you can SEE FOR YOURSELF!

These guys have great customer service. Originally received wrong item (not their fault. Amazon was shipper), they rectified the issue and ensured correct product was sent out. Blackout curtains are great quality, look great and work even better.

the curtains are exactly as pictured. i was able to hang them without having to steam or iron them too. They are beautiful.

Ordered 2 sets of drapes. First set of panels were not the design or color I ordered. Second set had panels of different lengths. After trying to contact seller for 3 days with no response I contacted my CC company and disputed charge. Now 3 weeks after I received bad product they sent me an email asking me to rate them 🤣

It was supposed to be a blackout curtain and it is nothing more than a thin white sheet. Very disappointed.

Curtains worked out.Great.Look good still trying to figure out how to order the same ones again.

There was a shipping mishap and these guys responded very quickly and got my order sent back out right away. Very happy with their customer service and our curtains and would buy here again for sure!
