THANK GOD I never made a purchase. But I hate seeing people buying 50$ shoes for 150$+ so I'm taking the time to write my shopping experience.

For context, I'm a fan of leather shoes/boots, I own many pairs such as Doc Martens, Blundstones, etc. Plus I used to sell shoes in a shoe store, I was the supervisor of my team. Some of the products were cheap but affordable, others were high quality designer shoes. We can easily distinguished the difference by sight, touch and even smell. So I trust my judgement regarding footwear. Plus I hate scams, I've almost been scammed a few times and I educated myself to recognize the red flags.

So I was looking at the site and I saw many of said red flags:
1. Many typos on the website, missing spaces or ponctuations, etc. 🚩
2. In the list of materials supposedly used to make these "100% real leather" footwear, they enumerated a wide variety of leather, which is very unusual for companies selling actual leather boots/shoes. 🚩🚩
3. There are two different measurements charts. 🚩🚩🚩
4. I took a screenshot of a pair I was interested in and I found the exact same pair (and photo) sold on sites like AliExpress for 50-60$. Now I know bootleg products imitating actual brands will often steal their photos to attempt to sell their merchandise, however considering the other red flags and mixed reviews online, I'm ready to assume this isn't a legitimate business. Sure the shoes are beautiful, but they aren't worth 150$ to 250$+. They look the same cheap quality as the shoes I used to sell. I can't smell nor touch them, but it's visibly obvious when looking at the sole and photos showing the insides. 🚩🚩🚩🚩

It's truly disappointing because I was really looking forward to buy from them. I thought I was about to encourage a legitimate business. At least I didn't fall it before it was too late. Now I know that when they mean "handmade leather shoes", they mean "handmade by exploited workers for cheap or nothing".
Don't give your money to unethical businesses such as Dwarves shoes or others if you can afford it.

Edit: After Dwarves replied disagreeing my statement, I want to repeat that this is my genuine shopping experience and I have visual proof to back up most of my claims. Understand that I didn't make a purchase, even tho I wanted to, because of my experience.

Ever since I purchased my first pair of shoes, I continue to purchase shoes. I have over 6 pairs with 1 year. The shoes are made in good quality. The customer service is great! I always receive a response when I contact them. I am a happy and satisfied customer.

I was traveling when these shoes arrived, and when I got home, it was immediately clear they were not a women’s size 9. I couldn’t even get my feet into them.

When I called the company, they said I was outside the 7-day return window and refused to replace or refund the shoes. Their only offer was 15% off a future order, which is useless since I won’t be buying from them again.

Total waste of money. Poor product and terrible customer service. I strongly advise against shopping with this company.

I bought two boots from Dwarves, and they are absolutely outstanding in material and workmanship.

I'm very happy with the quality of the shoes I ordered. I had problems finding shoes that fit my feet comfortably. The leather is very smooth and soft, which fits my feet well. Plus, the style is totally different, and I don't see anyone else with the same pair of shoes I ordered.

I have purchased three pairs of footwear from Dwarves Shoes...so far. I will certainly be buying more. They are well made, using thoughtful, quality resources and at very reasonable prices. I enjoy the comfort, creativity and variety that Dwarves Shoes provides. As well, their service is fantastic. They are responsive, efficient and friendly. The free shipping is also a much appreciated convenience. Mostly, I really love the shoes and so do my feet.

This is my second purchase from Dwarves. Again this was a first class experience. The quality and style were just as described. Their shoes are quite unique and beautifully made. One thing I would suggest - they use a size guide if you click on “what’s my size” and you measure your foot front to back to get an accurate sizing. This way both purchases have been perfect! Highly recommend!

Love my Dwarves shoes , I have a lot of trouble with my feet do to arthritis, this shoes are wide enough along with the support necessary. I already have purchased another pair waiting for them now.

I recently bought a pair of wingback shoes. I placed my order with ease and I waited about two weeks before they arrived. I didn’t mind the wait them at all. Keep in mind that they are handmade and excellent quality so the wait was worth it. The only thing I could say is when I was tracking my order it said it was on its way it showed it was in Shrewsbury England. I live in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, USA. When I reached out to the company and was nervous that I was not going to receive my order, they reassured me that my order was being delivered to me in the USA. I received my order in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and I will be ordering more shoes in the future.

I already wrote a review but I'll do it again if you want me to. I love Dwarves shoes - they are innovative and original, and thankfully go against the 'sophisticated' pointy-toed, spike-heeled trends. But I'm disappointed they assume we all have tiny feet. My latest pair was not offered in a size 9, and I had to cut the buckle off because it wouldn't even wrap around (didn't reach) to the top of my foot.

As soon as I unveiled these carefully packaged treasures, I could sense the quality and care that they were made with. Cannot fault the materials and design, definitely artisan crafed with attention to detail. The leather is soft and supple and the soles are very flexible and comfortable. Sizing is perfect, if you follow their instructions and measure your feet!
Can't sing their praises enough, they are my new favourite boots...until the next pair of Dwarves I'm now tempted by. Very efficient order and despatch process. Highly recommend.

The shoes are genuinely what and how they are presented on the website. They are a true reflection of what is advertised. I am sold as a customer and look forward to more purchases.
