90" X 30" Canvas NOT ready to hang

I bought a 90" X 30" canvas advertised as "Ready to Hang" but they sent it rolled up and i have to spend more money than their price in stretching it to be ready to hang. I requested the cost of stretching it but they did not comply. They also have these "rolling date sales" where the sale ends the day you are visiting their page.

BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!! Advertised ready to hang and 100% satisfaction guaranteed, all lies. I've reported them to the BBB and they have an "F" rating for the same complaint.

The prints are garbage

The prints are garbage. $398.90 for a 60x90 print that looked nothing like the pics on their website. And they are very misleading. You think your ordering a framed print but in reality if you dig deeper they have writing that says otherwise. They refused to refund. Had to open a dispute with my cc company. There is no way they have this many positive reviews. Pretty sure these positive reviews are fakes.

This business is a fake

This business, in bold letters, advertises art work is ready to hang. However, the fine print at the bottom of the page states that art greater than a specific size comes rolled. I feel that this is false advertising. When I selected the size of 90x30 inches, the "ready to hang" advertising remained. Most customers would expect that this feature would be updated if a customer chose a product that would not meet the "ready to hang" qualifications.

I am a certified buyer of this art

I am a certified buyer of this art.
Dwallart does not guarantee their product. The art is grossly misrepresented on their website.
What you receive is inferior quality.
They try to negotiate 30% refund.
They know returning the item to China is at your expense and they refuse to refund 100%.
They have been reported to Better Business Bureau thousands of times.
They continue to sell inferior products and have NO INTEGRITY.
DO NOT BE SCAMMED!

I really got ripped off

What I received is something I could have bought at a Dollar store as a cheap table cloth and stabled it to wood. Very poor quality for $187.00 would have bought for $2.00 at most and it was really that bad and I feel really rip off.

DWALLART is a SCAM....BEWARE!!

I ordered a 5 piece wall art in February 2021. The order stated could take 4-6 weeks. I’m at 6 months and was only given a bogus tracking order number that says the order was received by the postal service but no product was actually shipped. They blame postal carrier delays but refuse to refund the order. Beware this company is a scam, if I could give 0 stars I would.

promises, promises. Avoid.

Communications are tough - we were told 5 to 6 weeks to receive our order, (which I thought was long, we've had much quicker from other suppliers) but we wanted a specific 5 set canvas. we were told after 6 weeks we would receive in up to 6 business days. We are now 4 weeks later and now being told, after trying to cancel, that it will be '5 to 12' business days and it has been despatched. If I'd realised they were coming from China, I would not have ordered. Still waiting.

Dwallart a waste of money

I recently recieved a Canvas Wall Art picture from dwallart.
What I received and what is shown on their web site are completely different.
On the website the art looks smooth and clear but what I received is the complete opposite. It took 2 months to actually receive the product. Also, they would not accept the return. The company is based in china so beware. They make the art work look beautiful on their website but believe me it's not. Check dwallart on the BBB website.
