Furniture arrived on time but we were unable to assemble the settee as 2 vital parts were missing. Lots of difficulty getting in contact with the company by telephone and messages were ignored. However after eventually getting through in the phone I was able to request what was needed but no compensation offered. Not a good experience and we still await tge missing parts 😡
