Chris did our snagging report in December 2025 and his knowledge and service was second to none. He was extremely thorough and picked up many things we wouldn’t even notice and even offered us advice once the snagging report had been submitted to the developer.

Chris was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable
about the building trade.
When inspecting our property, he was thorough and detailed and highlighted areas of concern we wouldn’t have noticed ourself.
The ariel drone footage he took was immensely helpful
