I ordered the Angel Jeans after seeing them on Instagram and was a bit hesitant at first because there weren’t many reviews. But I’m so glad I went for it they did not disappoint. The quality and fit are incredible, genuinely one of my favourite purchases. I’ll definitely be back for more.
What a disaster. Bought the pants and was shocked with some whopping €70 import fees when site stated they pay majority of the costs. When I got them in it was full of loose threading on the hidden floral denim + was there a hole in the seam on the bottom of the jeans.
When I contacted customer service I was first offered a discount code for my next order that will never happen again, or I could send it back.
Customer support stated I will have to pay for the return shipping and customs, like what?? You can’t ask the customer to pay for mistakes you made.
Yeah that was all, don’t shop here please.
EDIT: What is this response, I tried contacting multiple times and you guys were unresponsive. You know who I am and my contact details, if you want to fix this up just contact me.
