Parcel never arrived and DVC refuses to refund me.
I asked DVC if sending flags to the Dominican Republic was feasible, they told me they could.
After having shipped the parcel, they didn't even check if it had arrived at the destination.
After some weeks, it started to be urgent for my parcel to arrive, and when I asked DVC, they just provided me with the tracking number and I saw that my parcel had been blocked at customs for a while and DVC didn't even notify me. It was so complicated to get it out of the customs as I wasn't the person who sent it and DVC didn't do anything to solve this issue.
Also, unblocking the parcel would have taken too long and it would've been too late, so I had to reorder flags elsewhere urgently and DVC just refused to refund me because I apparently should've checked MYSELF and make sure MYSELF that the parcel got to its destination?? I paid for the production of the flag + the delivery, I've never been told that I had to track the delivery myself and take care of the possible problems it might encounter.
How to lose 500€ and on top of that pay twice the price for the express production of new flags.
