Today on 01/02/2026 at around 11h00am I visited DBBL Sub brunch. Nandipara Sabujbagh Dhaka. Reason was my wife account cheque book and my account debit card information(which was apply 14 days ago) At 11h00 to 12h00 i was on queue at that time I noticed the DBBL Staff was very busy for buttering for some people who came after me they doesn't care someone expecting service from them after 1 hrs while I speak with one of in charge regarding my card and cheque book he didn't check anything and reply me they didn't recieve anything for me. Later I called DBBL Customer service line one of DBBL colleague Ms. Asma who was very rude she didn't help me also she cut the line. Later after few minutes someone call me and informed me my cheque book and my debit card in DBBL sub brunch in Nandipara sabujbagh Dhaka ( why very careless staff in DBBL Bank) My question is that's good service ??? why they doing like that Harassment for customer????????
