Fast response and very satisfactory to my request

I got a really quick reply they quickly found my order and quickly told me where it was and what was happening with it infact I was surprised and very happy with how dealt with my enquiry the whole experience exceptional thankyou support team

I don't remember ordering three I was under the impression that I had ordered two. The website kept coming up with more 'offers' that I didn't want. I assume that it gave me the original order then when I was bombarded with all the offers I decided to take two, not two more as well as the original order. As the invoice didn't come up because I couldn't close out of all those endless unwanted other 'offers' I simply closed the site. So please I DON'T WANT THREE ; I WANT TWO so I would appreciate it if you change my order ASAP and simply bill me for the two advertised at $39 each ($78) not three at $144. Beware of this site it bombards you with so many more unwanted products and you CANNOT contact them they are pathetic and am going to complain to ACCC about them. I also tried emailing them but the emails kept being returned as undeliverable. It is extremely hard to even contact them.

Answering my enquiry quickly and satisfactorily

There was a mix up with my order, but I dealt with a lady Victoria ho was extremely helpful and sorted my order out very quickly. She was very professional efficient and as I said helpful

"Tricked" into adding two more units before completing the order process. Only intended to buy and try two units, but the website put up another offer with "small print" of declining the offer which could easily missed.

Ill wait unril product arrives. I hate items advertised in American $....why? This is Australia. Only discover at checkout.

I did not like trying to get to purchase more items.

Customer service has been very supportive. Prevented making my dilemma stressful. Im very grateful for this.

Many extras pushed. Found I'd purchased more than I needed. Guess they'll be Xmas gifts for friends & family. Just hope they're as good as promised. Other than that the process was very simple & somehow they even picked up my address- presumably from PayPal.

It would be better if you could just be able to order what you want without all those advertisements.

This company is a scam! They take the money you authorise for their product then while they have access to your bank they take whatever other value they have access to so beware. I was lucky and had a daily limit on my account so they failed to get much but they have scammed me out of close to €200 but having read some of the reviews i have since found a lot of people have lost a lot more. They say they have a cancellation window but that a load of tosh. Once they have your money they claim there has been no order placed! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOOSE,!
