Incorrect item delivered
I received part of my order not fully, they send me someone else’s order instead. Now I have to wait an extra 12 days until I get my original order and for them to collect the incorrect item which is sitting in my hallway taking up space. Really disappointed.

Disappointing transaction.
Although l liked the item l bought and it was a very reasonable price, l have rated the experience lower because of the fact that my first order never arrived and had to be ordered again. I would suggest that your company considers using a different courier as Evri are habitually unreliable in my experience. Customers these days don't easily tolerate long delays for orders and in the interest of customer service, it would be worth finding another courier.

Instructions could be improved & the…
Instructions could be improved & the tools provided (an Allan Key & the world’s smallest spanner) not fit for purpose. Even with proper tools it took us 3hrs to assemble, because nuts didn’t screw onto screws very well & we had to use socket rachett on everyone

I would have put 5 stars 🌟 but I don't understand why that when you buy a Duvet cover and Pillowcases, that you don't have a fitted bottom sheet in the same colour. I did have a look but didn't find one. But its a lovely Duvet cover and lovely quality.

I eventually got what I ordered
