Sizing
I think it would be helpful if you included the size referring to the gender in your description. I ordered a medium, thinking it was in ladies sizing, however I received a men’s medium.

Thanks a mil for your order. Sorry to hear it didn't fit as desired. We appreciate all feedback, so thanks for letting us know. We're actually about to launch a new website which includes a sizing guide on each item. This should help reduce these issues in future.
Up to now all of our sizes have been in men's modern sizes, unless otherwise expressly stated. This will be a lot more clear going forward and we should have more measurements :)

No customer service, eco-unfriendly parcel
I wrote a message to the customer support and got no answer till now.
My parcel arrived, but it took them 5 days after my order to start the shipping. Within these 5 days I wrote them (so actually before they shipped my order) because I wanted to change sizing on a ring, but no reply.
The parcel arrived but it was a huuuuuge parcel only for a little ring (that's all I ordered: A ring !!!). Their packaging was a waste and also not ecofriendly at all.
Please work on that, because it's a shame. Thank you.

Hi Nina,
Really sorry about all of this. We both ended up being ill at different stages over the Christmas break and as a result of this combined with the usual busyness of Christmas time we weren't as active as usual. With regards to the packaging, unfortunately we ran out of our smaller biodegradable packaging after the mass of orders we received around Black Friday.
We had expected to receive our new order of biodegradable packaging before Christmas, but due to Brexit there were massive delays on some large deliveries between the UK & Ireland.
Please contact us by email at info@durt.co regarding the ring if the sizing is an issue and we will sort it out for you.
Apologies again, this is unlike us. As you can see from all of our previous reviews this was unusual for us due to a storm of Brexit, illness and the usual craziness of Christmas. We'll make sure to do better in future.
