Replacement Turbo brush for VC1070 vacuum cleaner
Contacted Duronic to explain that I removed the protective cover on my turbo brush by unlocking the cover by moving the two clips in the direction of the arrows. Must do this regularly to remove wrapped hairs. Cleaned the brushes and put the cover back. One clip moved into place but the other came off and in trying to fix it back, the clip broke! Contacted Duronic online and explained and they sent me an order for replacement of £7.99 on Friday just before the long weekend of our dear Queen's funeral and I received a whole new turbo brush by the Wednesday! I purchased this vacuum cleaner 2 years ago, so it was past it’s guarantee. The cost of the replacement was very reasonable.

Charged me postage for returning an item. Mia who wasn't very clear via email, asked me to keep proof of postage but refused to refund £8.95 for returning a perfect unopened item.
This was not a customer centric experience.

Great item at a good price with very quick delivery. The laptop tray hole diameters are M5 however my (non Duronic) monitor arm fixing plate hole diameters are M4 so I had to use a different set of bolts to those that were supplied. Otherwise it fits perfectly.

I am 81 years old and have. Duronic vacuum cleaner . It fell over and a piece got broken on the dust container .I looked on the website where it said a replacement dust container was out of stock . I then wrote an email to Duronic explaining the situation and requesting a dust container . Within 2 days of my e.mail ( it cost £7.99 ) the dust bad was delivered with notifications of when to expect it . Excellent service .so easy to deal with . Thankyou. ( love my Duronic .lightweight and efficient vacuum .)

Great little radio
Great little radio, bought in anticipation of possible energy outages (better safe than sorry) - many plus points inc. mobile can receive charge, helpful little torch. Compact and light. First charging was solar, still going strong with that first charge. Radio, I am able to get my favourite local station no problem, sound levels perfectly fine. Haven't tried any of the other helpful facilties, but definitely feeling positive so far. Happy customer.
