Absolutely horrific experience. Ordered a bed in September 2024. Received in December 2024 however the head board was wrong. Was told on 2 occasions that delivery would be made, took the days off work for the delivery not to turn up. Terrible customer service, don’t really care about the customers. Offered a pitiful £30 refund for the trouble. Finally received the correct headboard in April 2025. Not great quality, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, just pay the extra money and go to a proper bed shop.

I paid £950 back in early July for some sliding door wardrobes to be delivered and fitted, estimate provided was 6-8 weeks.
Early on in September I tried calling the company for an update but their phone lines were just ringing, no answer. After a few days of attempts I eventually got through to someone who said there was a delay with the supplier but I was booked in for a delivery on the 23rd September with a fit on the following day.
On the Sunday I removed everything from the small room where the wardrobes were going ready for the delivery which never arrived, ofcourse I tried calling the company but you can't get through because nobody answers.
I did eventually get through on the Tuesday when they were supposed to be being fitted and again I was told there was a delay. A simple courtesy call before I emptied the room would have been nice here but no... their communication is woeful.
I called again for an update early October to be told that they had been trying to call me to arrange a fit date, however the number they had was wrong with a 9 instead of a 4 written down. I was told I'd get a fit date of 23rd with delivery on the 22nd which did actually happen. As you can imagine I didn't empty the room until the delivery happened first.
Overall I'm happy with the wardrobes, the guys who delivered them were spot on and the guys who fitted them were also spot on. However the company communication is woeful and I would absolutely never recommend them, they don't even have a website running now (as of writing this) so I'd be forgiven if I thought they were going bust and renaming.

If I could select no stars then I would!! Bought a wardrobe and 2 bedside drawers from this company first week of May and paid £500 deposit. After constantly being told it will be delivered in ‘2 weeks’ we still hadn't received the items by end of August so emailed to cancel (They told us this was the only way to receive a refund) .. we are still waiting for our refund! They told us it will be 10 days. Waited 10 days still no refund contacted them again to be told another 10 days! It’s now been a month and we still have not received our money back. They are now not answering their phones. This appears to be a common theme with this company. SCAMMERS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They have a store in Washington galleries and metro centre that I know of. I have witnessed customers going into both stores and told them about my experience to prevent it happening to someone else, and luckily they have taken their custom elsewhere! I intended to deter customers from their store everytime I pass by both stores (which is often!)

Dealt with Wendy at Blandford Street store, was impressed with her service,bed was delivered on the day promised and installed by the delivery men who set the bed up for me, they did this quickly showing how the bed worked. Would recommend the company.

Went into the sunderland branch a few weeks ago to order and ive just had my bed delivered this morning and i am very happy it, its beautiful,beautiful materials and a very comfortable mattress i would like to thank the sales staff esp patrick and the delivery team for doing an amazing job and even building everything for me at home , i will most definetely be reccomending to family and friends thank you

Placed an order in the Washington branch for my sofas. The girls were very helpful and made my purchase hassle free, I was quoted 6 weeks, but they were ready within 4 week's which I was very impressed with and the delivery drivers went above and beyond. Fantastic service I will be recommending to my family and friends.

From the sales lady at South Sheilds to the delivery lads.. I cant fault them atall. I even called their headoffice for a quote on removing my old bed since the council let me down and they removed it for a super cheap price! No hassel and even assembled my new bed for only £25! I didnt have to do anything! I definitely recommend these guys!

Company director sets the tone of poor service and broken agreements
Waited approx 6 weeks for delivery. Bed delivered but ottoman base was not manufactured correctly and bolts could not be inserted. Also, Headboard base did not fit the ottoman and so was returned with promises of return and repair of base at that time. One week later, headboard base was returned but delivery guys knew nothing about the ottoman repair and they could not fix it, so the bed was still not assembled. 3 days later, the ottoman was collected and we agreed a return time the same day. Without notice and 2 hours later than agreed, the ottoman was returned. However, whilst the headboard base now fit the ottoman, the main headboard did now not fit the new headboard base! More than dissatisfied, I requested a call the following day to speak to someone in authority who would take control of this disastrous situation. I did speak to Christopher Armour who introduced himself as managing director (companies house shows him as resigned??) He promised to personally deal with this and we agreed for original order to be scrapped and they would start afresh and he confirmed a delivery day and time (before 12pm) the following week. He promised to ring me later in the week to discuss compensation for the aggravation once he had had chance to gather information at his end. I received no such call. The day before the expected delivery I rang the company but Mr Armour was absent through illness and I was informed that my delivery was arranged for one day later than he had promised. I requested that Mr Armour call me on his return to work. The next day I rang and although Mr Armour was now back at the workplace, he still did not return my call. The new delivery day came and yes, the bed was delivered (4 hours later than the 12pm agreed cut off). Again, after many attempts at trying to reach Mr Armour, he still did not return my calls and so frustrated were the call handlers at me repeatedly ringing to speak to him, they hung up on me! Lol
If you are prepared for abysmal service, complete lack of customer attention, broken agreements without notice, untrained delivery and assembly operatives and are happy for a company to sit on your order money for 6 weeks when it could be turned around in one week, then by all means enjoy a frustrating and harrowing time with this shoddy company.
They care not one bit about the customers and i only wish I had paid more attention to the reviews prior to ordering.

Sent a photo of a dream bed that I wanted for so long! Went in to the shop to discuss it and was ordered straight away! Bed was delivered a few weeks later free delivery and install. Bed was absolutely amazing! Exactly what I wanted. Professional service from start to finish!
