No update on my order after a month.. and counting
Took 29 days before they start “processing” my order and that’s after I emailed them a number of times and submitted a dispute to Paypal. They had at least 20 days before Christmas to ship it but unfortunately no tracking information received as to this date (January 2, 2025). I am still waiting for an update, and who knows if it will take another month for them to pack my order. I also asked them to cancel my order but they are just asking me to be patient. Duh! So disappointed with this company. I will never order again. I really hope they will just cancel my order so I can purchase somewhere else.

Everything flowed seamlessly and all information was easy to access. I had called to get information on the items I wanted to order and did not receive a reply. I had wanted to include a battery charger in my order with the batteries I had ordered. When I searched your website, it show a page with the batteries and charger together listed toward the top of the page with no picture or additional information. So...I had to order it from another supplier.
