I love my Duolab and have noticed a big difference in my skin. The only reason why didn’t give 5 stars is because the pods are expensive

I really like this system and it works well. So easy and convenient to get all I need when I need it. The products are very good. The only negative point is the Duolab machine being so big and noisy.

I been using Duolab for 6 months now I can honestly say my skin never felt better.I received so many compliments on my make up and skin. I have never been brave enough to go out without make up but I have now due to my skin looking so radiance. My go to formula is Energising Radiance with Light Cream Moisturising Base this compliment my skin perfectly. I am a mature women and always looked after my skin. Duolab is on a different level I cannot recommend it enough could not be without it now.It’s great you can mix and match depending on your skin on the day.

Great customer service. There were issues with delivery - not Duolab’s fault - they responded quickly, rectified quickly and followed up to make sure I had everything I needed to get started with my kit. I had lots of follow up emails and the offer of an online chat or a chat over the phone but didn’t get round to doing this (think I will book though). Easy to amend and extend and add capsules via my subscription area which was good (and I’m not very technical). Just wish there were more offers on if you already have the device and want to get more capsules as I really love the way it feels on my skin! Device is easy to use and good instructions and I love the eco recycling they offer as we have a local store so I don’t need to post back and saves further carbon footprint. Just wish there was a click and collect option for the capsules as delivery is always an issue and I hate unnecessary deliveries when I could collect from the store when I go to the city

I have worked in the beauty industry for over 30 years and I have tried some amazing products that are on the market, but never have I used a skincare quite like Duolab.
As soon as I tried it I couldn’t believe how fabulous my skin felt and looked, I have a very dry skin and absolutely love how it makes my skin feel.
Definitely worth trying!!!

I have been using duolab for some time now and in all honesty can say that my skin has never looked better.
It’s plumper, more hydrated, stays hydrated , feels soft and silky.
I cannot fault the service and just love the product.

Duolab is the best skincare I have used the way the warming cream goes straight into your skin straight away I have glowing skin and people have noticed

Absolutely transformed my skin, I’ve only been using it for two weeks and I can already see a vast improvement in my skin texture, tone and brightness. The warm cream and serum feel incredibly soothing and luxurious on your skin.

First time I used it the pods did not click together and the cream came out inside the machine not sure how to clean this 🤔

The customer care rep is brilliant. She does an outstanding job, considering it is a one woman team!

Products are really lovely and make a difference!
May seem expensive, but well worth it and works out cheaper in the long run.

A great piece of kit for those that are looking for a spa like customised treatment at home. Ideal for those that want something easy to use, without all the faff of building their own skincare routine. Great for those who are time stretched. The unit is a little bulky so I scored it a 4 as it isn't something you could take with you when travelling but it's perfect for using at home.

Hi im new to duolab I was talking to my slimming world consultant Victoria Louise Barnes about the fact I have very oily skin,having to wipe my face all night an day the oil burns my eyes,so she mentioned this product,I was sceptical but I must say its working for me,my skin doesn't feel thick with oil thats the best way to explain it.Victoria is now my mentor iv seen a difference in nearly a month,shop products didn't work for me.
