Sent the wrong item, then said they would replace it in a short time frame but failed to do it so i was no longer in town to receive it.

Very nice purchase experience overall. I bought a board game on Tuesday, and it arrived Wednesday during the afternoon. Very surprising considering that I live in Portugal and the store is based in Barcelona! I would definitely buy from them again.
