Great customer service
Had an issue with the delivery of some new shoes due to EVRI not delivering them. Got in contact with Emma from customer service and she sorted everything out. Offered me additional discount which meant I could buy the shoes again and use DPD next day delivery at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service!

Suzanne - Excellent customer service. Looked like a parcel hadn't been delivered as it stated signed for but we hadn't received it . It had been left in the communal post room and Suzanne very quickly sent the details with a photograph. Had an email the next day prompting the question had we received the item and we also received an email from the courier confirming where the parcel was left . Excellent service when so many other companies are so poor

Terrible Quality
Really disappointed with Dune.
I bought a pair of boots which became damaged after only a few wears. The heel are literally worn through down to the metal, which is ridiculous after only 3 months of use for the price I paid for them! Not to mention they made me fall over. When I contacted customer service and sent photos, they simply dismissed it as “wear and tear” and refused to take any responsibility. This is made even more ridiculous that I bought another pair of boots from them around that time which I wore more often and the heels are still beautifully in tact. So clearly the ones that broke are a manufacturing fault.
For the price, the quality is unacceptable and the customer service was even worse. I definitely won’t be buying from Dune again.

Dune shoes are great quality and have never failed me over the years. The customer service is excellent. Recently, my order was lost by Evri, but I was helped by Tina in customer service who went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied despite this unexpected hurdle. Thank you!
Excellent help with delivery issues
Had an issue with Evri next day delivery not arriving. Several members of the Dune team helped me very professionally and DPD efficient delivery came to the rescue. Finally after 4 days the “lost” next day delivery Evri parcel arrived dumped on my doorstep and I contacted Dune to let them know that their recalled parcel wasn’t on the way back to them. Emma swiftly arranged a Royal Mail next day pick up, within minutes of me sending the message. Great service. I’m very impressed.

Purchased a pair of Simpson Tan Leather…Soles Fell Off!
I purchased a pair of Simpson Tan Leather boots from the Milton Keynes store on 6 December 2026. Since then, I have only worn them to the office, so they have not been subjected to any heavy use or unusual stress.
Unfortunately, in less than three months the soles have begun to fall apart and are separating from the boots. Given how lightly they have been used and the short amount of time I’ve owned them, this is very disappointing and not what I would expect.

If I could put no stars I would. Handbag purchased as Christmas present, 'o' in London on logo has moved. Noticed on 2nd time of using. Totally understand I need to return bag to check but if deemed manufacturing fault, I get a refund not replacement. Bag now a lot more expensive. Bag itself is perfect, but I will be out of pocket through no fault of my own. Have no alternative but for my daughter to keep faulty bag and I will never purchase from Dune ever again.
