Excellent customer service by EMMA , I had occasion to contact Dune about a delivery that appeared to be stuck at the couriers and EMMA was excellent in her manner and professionalism, outlining exactly what she intended to do and a timeline . The issue was then quickly resolved and I was able to update Emma so that she didn’t have to continue to pursue the matter . Thank you Emma and Dune (also love the shoes - I’ve managed to buy the exact same wedges in the sale that I bought for my daughter last year as she loves them so much and they are super comfortable so I’ve decided to copy her )

Suzanne in the Dunes Customer Experience team has been exceedingly helpful. I needed to return shoes bought at an airport, but do not live near a store- and then that return got 'lost'. Often with some companies' customer services you get different people dealing with an issue and it takes ages. Suzanne has been helpful, solution focused, robust and efficient. I ordered shoes for my wedding but changed my mind, return date was expired. Customer service as very helpful, especially Suzanne. I got to return my shoes although the date was expired.

When my shoes arrived, there was a fault with the left one. Contacted Dune customer service and spoke with Tina who was very helpful and advised me what to do next. She very kindly refunded the postage and packing and arranged for the new order to arrive the day after. Great customer service, very impressed as this is becoming rare with many companies these day's. Thank you

Dune refused my poor review. What else are they hiding?
The shoes (castered blush t strap) looked lovely and I was excited about them. However, when I wore them the straps caused big lesions on my ankle bones, despite making lots of adjustments. They were excruciating. The skin was broken and I still have sores a week later. I felt I should write a review using the email
dune sent me as a follow up to explain the straps didn’t work for me, despite trying to make adjustments, and that people should try walking around in them for longer before deciding to keep them. There was no advice given during the review process about what was acceptable for a review. I was therefore surprised to be told that my review was not accepted because it didn’t meet mystery criteria about style and fit. I felt this was irrelevant and Dune refusing to post a poor review. It has made me wonder what else they have to hide. I won’t buy from them again. My ankles were shredded and I’m left with a pair of shoes I can’t wear again.

My wife was given a handbag as gift…
My wife was given a handbag as gift from Dune London but only started using it yesterday as it is white and gold and suited for this lovely weather. However the gold handles have soft insert and the soft insert is degrading after one day of use!!!! We contacted Dune but they refuse to help without proof of purchase. She does not want to ask her friend as she feels this would be disrespectful as it was a gift. The bag is Dunes but they refuse even to look at it when we offered to return it to them. Terrible customer service when its their product and obviously defective. Wish I could give zero stars!!!!! Bad service.

In the end after trying and failing to subscribe (please Dune fix the buffering issues!) I landed on a great customer service person Leah. She gave me the discount for my birthday after her predecessor Emma gave me the run around for a few weeks (pray you don’t get Emma!) I bought some beautiful tortoiseshell wedges (very Rouje!) so comfortable and stylish! Got there in the end thanks to Leah!

I placed an order with a discount code online but as exchanges aren't offered, the only option was to return and re-order. I had an online chat with Emma who agreed to price match my new order to the original price. I re-ordered and Emma refunded the price difference.
