I strongly advise against working with this company. After wasting two weeks on endless checks and requests, they asked both my husband and me to view the property separately. They demanded upfront rent for the property and refused to provide even basic amenities like a cooker for the empty house. Worse, they asked for additional deposits after we agreed to their terms, and kept us waiting until our current lease was about to expire.
Communication with them was abysmal; even simple requests took a day or more for a response. Despite having an informal agreement and making an upfront payment, they ultimately refused to finalize the deal because we were on visas—a fact they were well aware of before taking our money.
The manager, Penny, was incredibly rude and arrogant, reminiscent of a character straight out of a horror movie. They treated us with utter disrespect, making us feel like scammers or freeloaders, even after we provided all necessary financial evidence and agreed to their demands.
This experience was beyond frustrating and has left us feeling completely traumatized. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with the entire ordeal. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
