These guys used to be great
These guys used to be great, but my recent experience has been really disappointing. I placed an order other night for a £30 gift card and was suddenly flagged for review with no clear reason. I immediately submitted the requested verification documents (phone bill and passport), but it’s now been over a day and a half with no response. My emails are being ignored too.
I’m not sure what’s changed with Dundle, but it’s genuinely sad to see the decline in service and to be treated this way as a loyal customer.

A Holiday Headache
I’ve used Dundle several times, and for the most part, the experiences have been fine. The fees are definitely a bit much—I guess you could say they really know how to charge for their services—but I usually look past it for the convenience. However, this past Christmas and New Year was a total mess that left me out of pocket and frustrated.
I tried to buy a decent amount of Neosurf (around $100 to $150 AUD). Dundle took my money instantly, but then emailed me saying they were out of stock and that no one would be in the office to help until after the holidays. It took weeks to get that transaction sorted for a product they shouldn't have been selling if they didn't have it.
To make matters worse, because I really needed the voucher for my holiday plans, I went and spent the same amount again at Recharge.com. Because no one mentioned—not Dundle, not anyone—that Neosurf was facing a worldwide boycott/issue at the time, I ended up with a second, completely useless voucher.
So, I was essentially charged twice for nothing. I spent the end of the year very short on cash, which was rough given I was already dealing with a lot of loneliness and depression. I had planned to use that money as a distraction, but instead, I just spent a week into the New Year "broke and blue."
It’s a real "double-whammy" when you pay for a service and end up with more stress than you started with. Dundle is okay for a quick fix usually, but their inventory management over the holidays was a joke. I’m giving three stars because they eventually fixed it, but the timing couldn't have been worse...
