i never received my order & i emailed support 3 times about it and they never even so much as replied. beware.
I have not received this item and I’ve been trying to email them for the longest and no one has responded
Never received my order and when I reached out to customer service didn't receive a reply.
BUYER BEWARE. Dunasty is selling off-brand and fraudulent goods. I bought a Snuggle Me Organic brand baby lounger from them and received essentially an inflatable pool toy. It doesn’t remotely resemble the object advertised on their website (a soft cushion for a baby), nor is it made by the brand they’ve advertised it to be (a reputable baby brand), and I question if this object is at all baby safe (difficult to imagine, as I received something literally inflatable and made of cheap rubber plastic). They are now refusing to give me a refund because I used a discount on my purchase.
FULL ON SCAM. I purchased a Snuggle Me Infant Lounger and was sent an Amazon dupe instead. I have been trying to get in touch for a week now with no response to get a refund/return this item.
Zero stars. I am so very disappointed. This lounger is clearly advertised as a true “Snuggle Me Organic” lounger, with pictures from their actual website.. when in truth, it is NOT.
This is a beisurznga lounger, “designed and handinspected in the CHINA”, — exactly how their brochure reads. Again, with pictures from and with the Sunggle Me Organic authentic lounger. This is a fraud. The lounger came in white, in an air tight mailing, with a cover—it is not a moss lounger, as advertised and the reviews lead the buyer to believe, which are obviously fake/paid reviews. Last but not least, this was delivered by Amazon. Not the seller. This is complete fraud and of course, I have yet to receive a response from customer care.
I was a victim of Bait and Switch. I ordered a name brand product and was sent a knock off. I have started a dispute on mn by credit card. Would never do business with Dunasty again!
Update: even after their generic reply, NOT ONE MENTION OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH! Or a resolution!
