Flight tickets expired before the appointment, kept mailing and texting on whatsapp for 2 days straight. No revert, not even an acknowledgement mail was received, much less a resolution.
Had to pay USD 30k for last minute tickets.

The reason why your ticket is expire before your appointment is because the ticket was made 60 days back. The dummy tickets even for the long validity Schengen Plus ones have a maximum validity of 21 days.
You first made your order 2 months back and then you come back to us last week and inform the team that the ticket is not valid and that you have an interview on Monday. The team advised you to make a new order as this one is already expired.
You spoke to us over the phone and requested that we redo the ticket for you and the team have informed you to wait a few hours and that we will make new ticket for you. The team specially informed you that it will take time for completing your order as it was a weekend
We got back to you and emailed you the completed ticket in time for your appointment the next day.
Great Service
This was my first time. For longer validity they provide the tickets a day before your appointment. I got mine exactly as I requested. Definitely I would recommend them 👍🏼

Very easy to get the ticket, the only mistake being me mistyping my email address so I didn't receive a confirmation. Contacted them through WhatsApp and I had my ticket sent through as a pdf within minutes. Great service

Highly recommended, I had an emergency due to a cancelled flight so I found this website.
I first bought a verificable ticket, but after paying I realized that it will take up to 6 hours in being done, so I contacted them on WhatsApp and they were very very helpful, they made the ticket for me in less than 10 minutes, later at the airport they told me that the return ticket must have a ticket number, so I get back to WhatsApp to talk with the agent and he was very king and explained me that I was needing an E-ticket i paid it on the website and 5 minutes later I received it on WhatsApp.

For making changes you need to send an email to info@dummyticket.com with the order number and new dates.
We received your message on WhatsApp and have informed you that we did not receive your email. The team has no reason to lie to you. All you need to do is send it again and/or send it from a different email id. Once we receive your request we will process it accordingly.
The team even replied to your WhatsApp messages politely and was prompt in replying to you, even though you were rude and unreasonable.

This is one of the best decisions I made ever since I started Applying to Schengen countries, my friend actually refer me to them and all I can say is, they are reliable,fast, Convenient and their customer services is topnotch. Been using them for all my bookings over the years and I can fully testify to their commitment toward their customer’s relationship. I just got my 4th visa few days ago and all I can say is thank you for always coming through for your customers.

Here is why only 4 stars
I wanted to give them 5 stars but here is why I gave them 4 only. Let me start by they are a legit website, they are not scammers so don’t believe whoever is saying they are scam here. However, their communication is what leads some people to believe they are scammers. Their website states that it’s valid for seven days but before I booked my ticket, I had a confirmation that it’s valid for two days only. Now here is another thing, when I was communicating with them via WhatsApp, they didn’t explain that it’s valid for two days BEFORE the actual travel date so because of this, I booked the ticket assuming that it’s valid the day before the travel but it wasn’t valid when I checked it online because the departure date was the following day. So I had to give them a call and they finally explained that I will need to do a confirmed e-ticket not just a reservation. This is where it was so stressful for me because I communicated an hour n half before my passport appt. I made the payment exactly one hour before my appointment. They confirmed before that it usually takes 20 to 30 mins to issue the ticket but they took exactly 51 minutes to do so!! We had 9 mins left to our appointment and I’m sitting there with no ticket at all 😅. Eventually, they sent the e-ticket 8 mins before my appointment so I admit that they rescued me though. My two cents are, communication and timing, if you guys work on that, then you deserve 7 stars. Thank you so much again for this.
