We have been into this store so frequently over the last 4 months getting supplies for our extensive house renovation, without exception, all the staff have so helpful, polite and professional, I would never go anywhere else. Above all, Dion, who rang around to find us paint which was currently out of stock within the company, after locating in Llandudno, he collected it and it was available for us to pick up in the morning. Exceptional! You really couldn’t find better service. Thank you Dion and all your colleagues.

Jade at the Olton Croft, Solihull Dulex centre was very helpful matching colours for me, finding the best available deal and with a very positive, enthusiastic attitude! Very good to see. Thank you Dave

Swindon store don’t reply to emails, don’t answer phone. Ordered online for next day delivery but didn’t arrive - £155 on paint etc - need it for 3 days time. PLEASE CONTACT ME

Really bad delivery from Catford centre in London. Delivery guy put my ordered staf ( small things) to floor nearest lift on grand floor without any bags or boxes and sad - this delivery just to doors.
I think he’s mean lift doors in building grand floor? Or he’s have problems with lift bottom? Or Deluxe company have problems with order pick in site bag or box?

Misleading return policy @ Dulux Decoration Centre in south Bermondsey London.

Ahead of purchase I went on Dulux website to double check on Return policy in case something was not right with choice of goods (I am a normal costumer and not a decorator) or those were faulty. I did that because the Decoration Centre mixes the colours. They do not have the colours ready to buy. They also do not showcase all colours from their colour palette hence you cannot be sure they are right.
Mine is not. The recommendation I have been given was not accurate.

The website is very clear in refunding the paint. It states clearly that mixed is not considered bespoke “for the avoidance of doubt paint mixing products are not considered bespoke” however the store’s policy is completely different yet the consumer is NOT made aware of ahead of purchase. Despite asking polite advice the staff is extremely rude. Unprofessional. Confrontational.
All of this to say be very careful. The website is misleading. The staff does not listen care about their costumers. Avoid.

i have just written a bad review about your trade emulsion cant believe how terrible it is after using Dulux paint all of our married life[50 years] i think we know what we are talking about the gloss and satin wood went on beautifully but the emulsion is terrible you can see every brush/ roller mark .that aside the staff at your Newcastle centre are absolutely brilliant

I went into my local centre in Slough which I have used many times in the past. On this particular occasion I was greeted by a pair of extremely rude, aggressive and arrogant staff members here who were totally not willing to help me. They don't want customers coming into the store. If this is the case and you are worried about covid you should shut your doors to the public instead of having rude individuals sitting in-store waiting to hurl abuse at you, yes literally!! Note; I was wearing a mask and willing to pay by card. Complaint logged with head office will await to hear from them,

The staff at the colour centre Bedminster Bristol have been more than helpful always getting paint when there's been a terrible shortage. The staff are always friendly especially Damien.

James and the team we’re mist helpful from answering my emails to me phoning the shop three times for correct paint colours the ordering process and collection were seamless well done to you all in these difficult times

Dangerous and extremely rude. The delivery driver deliberately forced me off the road thinking he had right of way, which he then had me arrested for swearing at the the lump of $#!/.... for pointing out the giant sign and road markings clearly displaying his mistakes, I contacted the company to make a complaint of dangerous driving and have been completely ignored, beware this company employs geriatric rejects that should be banned from driving

Great customer service
We use the Slough DDC mainly, although as trade customers and Select Decorators we would appreciate the trade discount. Have been waiting for over 6months now for our application to be completed - which appears to have been lost twice now.

I can't fault the team who work there - always happy to help and had an issue with wrong colour supplied, they swapped it no questions. Back up and support is important to us. But please Dulux sort out our trade discount!

Dulux Centre, Aylesbury - staff in there incredibly helpful (and patient) when it comes to offering advice especially to layperson. You can probably buy some of the products a little cheaper elsewhere but would rather pay extra and get the personal service this particular store offers

Renovating a house is stressful enough and walking into what seemed like every single place in Wakefield that sells paint, I was becoming frustrated I couldn’t find the right colour! At this point I had spent that much on tester pots I could have probably painted the entire house! (Not quite but nearly!) I was begrudgingly admitting I may as well just stick to what I know, white/magnolia !
Then I met Louise at the Dulux centre ! With the patience of a saint she explained the difference in shadings and undertones! All other customer representatives in other stores had just given me a tester pot and sent me on my way! She explained the finishing and how different lighting can make a difference! (And in my my ignorance I just thought it was paint!) Louise definitely knows her stuff! The colours finally going on the walls and I couldn’t be happier! The price is no more than that in the other shops that mix paint but yet the quality is second to none ! The price being the bonus, I would have still bought from the Dulux purely from a customer service perspective ! Louise is so friendly and approachable and bent over backwards for me ! An absolute asset to your company!
I’m not renovating any more houses in a jiffy after this experience but if I do, I will most certainly be back! Can’t recommend you highly enough!

Worst customer service you can get. 11 days after ordering 3 tins of paint. They cannot even tell me if it has been dispatched. They have to "escalate" to HQ to find out what is happening. When I ask to cancel the order. They then have to "escalate" to a cancellation. They can't even manage to send an email. DO NOT DEAL direct with this company they seem to be located in the 1970's.
