Never left a review for paint before. However bought some from a retailer the easycare range soft truffle. 4 x 2.5l. 2 for coat 1. And 2 for second coat. When cracking open 2 of the cans for 1st coat one unfortunately had black pigment splotches of dried up paint in there so had to crack open a 3rd ( borrowing from what should have been for second coat). Rang Dulux expecting a resolution but not as exceptionally as Nicola who picked up provided. Nicola arranged a same day collect of trade diamond from the local decorator centre. Nicola who pointed out there maybe a sheen difference provided the free or charge collect in 5l as I wouldn't be able to nix perfectly the final easycare can with a differing sheen. As such the 5l would now be the final coat. So happy and glad I spoke to Nicola today. She was amazing. All in 10 mins call which included Nicola speaking to the store to make these arrangements. Thank you so much for the help it was much better than I expected and still allowed me to carry on with the day of painting!

Was sent the wrong colour paint which I realised on the day the painter is supposed to come..
Called customer service and spoke to Bal .. who has been amazing!!! Arranged for me to pick up a new tub at the decorator center in Bermondsey .. the staffs there were so friendly and welcoming.. sorted me the correct paint in no time..

We have recently painted our lounge and kitchen after choosing the colours we wanted.
Unfortunately, when on the wall, they are both far from the colours on the paint chart. We bought a second tin (different colour) for the kitchen and still the same problem. The shop told us it is due to the light in the room! Surely not, otherwise how can you choose the colour you want according to the light in the room?

First review on trust pilot. Established painting and decorating contractor in Glasgow since 1997. Recently picked up the new Dulux “ advanced contract Matt “ to try out. I use supermatt a lot. I think it’s a great product so I was keen to compare the new advanced contract Matt. Happy to review my thoughts. In can consistency good. Application no problem at all with brush and roller. Not put it through an airless unit as yet. Finish nice a flat. Ideal for task in hand. I will be using it again on more projects.
