I was disappointed with my experience ordering parts from Dultmeier Sales. I was able to place the order online without any indication that the lead time would be nearly six months. Had that been communicated upfront, I could have planned accordingly or explored other options.
When I called to check on the status, no one was able to provide a clear estimate or timeline. Eventually, almost six months later, the part simply arrived without any prior notice or explanation.
The ordering process itself was easy, but the lack of communication and transparency regarding lead times was frustrating. Better upfront information and follow-up would have made a big difference.

Excellent service
I had ordered an oil pump a few months back from a different company. When I needed another one for a different department in my facility the other company didn't have one in stock. Dultmeier not only had one but at a better price than I had previously paid. They shipped it the same day I ordered it and I had it by the end of the week.
