Takes a month to arrive and what do I get 4 men’s t shirts and a bent broken ball then to make matters worse they have taken my payment and made it reoccurring so monthly!!

Prices are actually decent compared to other sites. I checked a few before buying. For what you get, it feels fair. Not overpriced at all. I’d say worth it.
Quality is decent for the price. Not high end but not bad either. Feels fair. Works for everyday use. No issues so far.
The site is simple which I like. I dont want to think too much when ordering stuff. Found what i needed in like 2 minutes. Checkout didn’t try to upsell me random things either. Just felt chill.
My cat usually ignores everything I buy her but not this time. She actually uses it every day which surprised me. The material feels soft and safe. It still looks new. That’s enough for me.
I ordered a collar 10 days ago. Estimated delivery 3-5 days. So 4 days ago (with no dispatch information) I contacted them to ask when the product would be dispatched. I have since received 2 emails from them with no information at all about whether the product will be dispatched. I wonder if I will ever see this collar
Happily today (12 days after ordering) I am told it was dispatched this morning….

Would not recommend ordering from this company. Placed an order in mid February and hadn’t received anything for a few weeks. Tried emailing them several times regarding the order as unable to track, but they aren’t forthcoming in replying. Eventually said that item was delivered mid March except I hadn’t received anything. Again tried contacting them explaining that my items had not been delivered as stated. They said they would look into things, but 2 months since placing the order and a month since their last response, nothing has been delivered and no refund given. I would strongly avoid this company and it seems that my experience is not an isolated one.

I like that they keep things straightforward. No complicated steps or confusing setup. The website is easy and delivery is reliable. Nothing extra. Just works.

UPDATE 5TH May...
So I finally received something in the post today... and guess what... 2 of the items were damaged and the 2 main items were not delivered at all... the 2 dog beds worth approx €180 have not been delivered. Am I surprised after the debacle that I have been dealing with since ordering from Duke & Snoop?? No... D&S did give me a 20% refund on my order... which was a help... this was prior to receiving my incomplete order this morning. But now... I still do not have the dog beds which I ordered on the 17th March.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if like me you are expecting a good experience... speedy delivery, prompt actions from customer services... because I received none of these... so so frustrated 😠 😡 👿
I ordered a number of items from Duke & Scoop on the 17th of March. Not only have I not received these items, but I was contacted to say they were damaged during transit and no longer available, to which D&S assured me a replacement would be shipped immediately. That was on the 1st of April... aptly named April Fools Day... but the joke is on me! I still have not heard anything back and have tried via Email/Phone/Facebook to get in contact with this company, to no avail. Like others who have rated D&S, I can not even get to speak to someone to get a refund. The order was approx €200, so not a small order.
I never leave negative reviews, as I feel it might only be a once off, but in this case, I don't believe so, and I am hoping that once they see this review, that they will reach out to me and explain what is going on, and what is the reason behind the appalling lack of customer service, and response time. Please, Duke and Scoop, please get in contact with me so that we can resolve this issue.

I do not recommend using this company at all. It states on the website that they do next business day dispatch- I put an order through on the 29th of March, it wasnt dispatched until the 14th of April. Its now the 20th of April and I do not have what I ordered yet, so cannot comment of the actual item. Customer service is absolutely useless, taking approx a week to reply to each email and the responses are clearly something they just copy and paste. I do not know how this company is in business. Obviously- I will not be using again!

Have waited TWO MONTHS for my product and still hasn't arrived. You can't call them as they have no number. The support have been ignoring my emails asking for a refund.

Delivery was a little slow, which is why only 4*, customer service was excellent when I reached out about delivery being slow and I got my product (which works very well, anti bark collar that uses vibration) in a week after reaching out!
Beware of this company! I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before I ordered.
Our cat went missing for 2 days a couple of weeks ago. Due to this we decided to buyer a tracker for each of our 2 cats. I ordered them on this website on 10th April,it clearly states "order before 23:59 for next working day dispatch". I expected to receive notification of dispatch on Monday just gone. By Tuesday nothing so I emailed to chase my order. I received an automated response stating I would receive a response "within 24 hours". It is now Friday 17th and I haven't heard a thing! I chased again on Wednesday and asked for our trackers, which cost £40, be dispatched immediately or for them to refund my money. As of today i've heard nothing!! Really disgusting, non- existent customer service. A total con..I am fuming!
Duke & Scoop,my order number is 342502127. Sort it out please i am very disappointed! I ordered in good faith, to protect our cats. You don't seem to care about animals at all, you just take people's hard earned money.
Update- I contacted my bank and got a refund (from my bank, not these scammers!)

Placed and order. Never received it. Got emails back but items never arrived. Wouldn’t refund me so had to go through the bank to get my money back - months later.

I placed my order on 10th March, it arrived on 16th April and the wrong colour arrived. I didn’t receive any responses to my several emails enquiring when the tracking information hadn’t updated for weeks, despite website saying it’d be delivered sooner. Order #342307327
