I recently received a $1000 bonus from this bookmaker, which came with a wagering requirement of $10,000. I accepted the terms, confident I could meet the requirements. After wagering about $7000 and unfortunately losing around $5000 of my own money, I was suddenly banned from the bonus without any explanation.

I reached out to customer support for clarification, but I was given vague responses with no concrete reason for the ban. It feels extremely unfair to be cut off after committing so much time and money to meet their wagering requirements.

Bonuses should come with clear and transparent rules, and players should not be arbitrarily banned mid-promotion. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and skeptical of their business practices.

I strongly caution others against trusting their bonus offers. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

So I deposited $8k after doing a VIP transfer, then I was told I would receive a deposit bonus of 100% after I had wagered my $8k deposit 5x over. I wagered the deposit 5x over as required and was then told I had "Broken terms and conditions" despite the fact, I did everything as it should've been done. Highly frustrated and feel like I have been seriously misled and stolen from.

I deposited 250$ and managed to run it up to 400$. When I tried to withdraw, I was asked to KYC, and upon doing so learned that my KYC had been put under manual review. I was told I would get a response in 24 hours. I waited 3 days, and had to contact them before getting told I was "banned". They did not tell me why, nor let me withdrawl or retry my KYC. I even asked them to just refund my original 250$ deposit, not even the 400$ I had won, but they also refused this. Horrible site, use something more trusted such as shuffle.com or stake.com

Played $1000 welcome bonus. Made approximately 20-30 bets on football. Spent a lot of time wagering, when it was completed I received a message that I had broken some rule. I have only made regular bets.
I am sure they will answer with some sort of excuse, but they still have stolen my money, and customer service won’t give me what they promised me.

Firstly in the case of the live blackjack games, if you play you wont be playing with real players. Everyone plays against the book in a way that gives the dealer 20 or 21 for 6 rounds in a row. This casino doesnt have money to pay out players, but they have tricks to rip you off your money. The second trick i saw with their blackjack is when you place the right bet behind a player, the dealer freezes like a deer in headlights, i suspect they’re changing the hand you’ll get just so you lose.

Secondly, the live baccarat table is rigged too. If the player or banker has real money they will give the player the high card. I noticed the dealer didnt play the second card of the big game even though the banker who i bet on was only a 3 away from 8 which means you’d win. But they dont play by the rules.

In conclusion, dont deposit your money on this website, you will be robbed. Guaranteed, its unfair and it sucks. They need money too so they wont be paying you out any of theirs. The gambling commission should have their license revoked. Absolute gross misconduct!!

DuelBits gives me a lower milestone reward of $385 for wagering hundreds of thousands of dollars even though milestone rewards prior were 3-4x more, then they claim it's because it "missed my account" and that "missed milestones" get paid out over your next 10 milestone rewards. Then claimed my last two claims were more because 10 milestones ago the same thing happened but I didnt notice, but that doesn't make sense because 10 ago the reward would have been too small for it to have made my last 2 claims 3-4x more than $385. It doesn't make sense & they think they can get away with it, so I'll make a review here so no one chooses to use their platform thinking they'll actually be able to claim their milestone rewards, it'll just "miss your account". Pure lunacy.

250k WITHDRAWAL DENIED - DO NOT PLAY HERE!

My earlier reviews are below, I withdrew 250k on 15 of June 2024, they asked for numerous KYC/AML and Source of Wealth documents. I provided over 30+.

Now they have closed my account, refused to pay me claiming the documents are forged!!! How can I forge 30+ documents? I would have got them certified if they were really concerned they are forged.

They also never told me why they are forged.

I wrote an honest review long ago about winning 100,000 and then things seemed to go down hill from there. I have been using Duelbits for years, I have had some problems with getting my my deposited in my account and for some reason it does not show up sometimes for hours. Usually I click on the live support button and I get help and its taken care of. Well this time the dam live support button doesn't work and its bee almost 5 days since I never got my deposit. I contacted them via email just for them to tell me "sorry we cant find your account and cant help you" excuse me you cant find my account???? Howe is that even possible when I have been using duelbits for years and they have no problems taking our money but when it comes time to get help they don't even care.
