Highly professional affordable service
We’d never had our ducts professionally cleaned before and I was anticipating it would be dusty work. We have a 2 storey home and I was bracing myself for the clean up. I need not have worried. Gary was highly professional, communicated well and left everything spotless. He answered all of my questions before, during and after completing the job. He also identified wear & tear issues and some faults with the original installation of the air intake filters. There was no hard sell and Gary came back 2 days later to do the repairs and upgrade our filters. The end result is one happy customer. I’m very particular and Duct Mates have definitely earned my 5 star recommendation.

What a brilliant experience
What a brilliant experience. Duct Mates were punctual with great communication throughout. Our ducts were filthy. The team cleaned them out & helped with replacing filters and pointing out areas to run an efficient central heating system. Highly recommend for your duct cleaning. Oh and the price to do was excellent.

Total rip off
Total rip off. Never put a vacuum or brush in any duct even when I asked them to show me how of was done. All they did was clean around the outlets in the roof. Had vacuum machines and air pressure macchine sucking power the whole time but did nothing with them. The charged over $100 to replace a filter I found on line for $25.00. OVER $400 for 8 Ducts. Totally embarrassed to let my self get ripped off so hard. Stay well clear of this mob. Tried calling back to sort out and never hear from them again. I will have to get them done again after seeing on YouTube what should have been done. GO SOMWWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF

Excellent service with great result
The response to my enquiry was prompt, booking the time to get the heating ducts cleaned was easy and service was above expectations. Communication was excellent regarding arrival time. Set up was simple and efficient. I was advised what to expect and the whole process was done with little fuss or inconvenience. No mess after either. Highly recommend Duct Mates.
