The worst company i have dealt with so…

The worst company i have dealt with so far. You buy a product, you get promised delivery and installation time and date set, they dont show up, when you chase them, they tell you they car broke down and coming in a taxi, so i returned back to the shop for a refund as they failed to deliver and install i requested for a full refund, for this they kept me waiting for 40mins trying to convince me to give them a chance and put it right, they agreed 250 aed reduction and told me someone will be there in one hour, they made me wait a total of 7hrs and turned up at 7:20pm, and then when i requested for confirmation of the refund of 250aed in writing they refused, after taking extreme measures, i then got the message of confirmation. They then told me cant install it as its too late, so lets see what happens tomorrow if they will actually turn up and will give me my 250aed back. I will for sure give then 7 days notice for the funds if not i will 100% open a case. As i have everything in writing i stand no reason to lose my case if they fail to pay up and my legal cost will be paid back also…if you want to be scammed and mistreated by this firm then becareful not to buy from these rough traders.

Tabah’s service was outstanding—polite, direct, and efficient. She handled the research within my budget and promptly delivered the results. Her service was so smooth and quick, I even wondered if she was a bot! Definitely recommend her with a 10/10 rating.
