Great experience. Efficient, fast and also a fair price. We couldn’t get the area we want booked, and Riva sorted it in a few hours. Would recommend!

We used DubaiKey for our recent trip to Dubai. Riva and Jay couldn't have been more spot-on with our itinerary. They were only ever a message away on WhatsApp, which was amazing. We definitely wouldn’t have thought of all the places/ restaurants the lads suggested without their service, especially OPA (a must-visit). Could not recommend DubaiKey enough; it's excellent value for money.

We visited Dubai for the first time last year and had an amazing time. Travelling to a country for the first time can be challenging especially with 3 young children, Dubai Key ensured our trip was a success by providing a fantastic service. Excellent service and friendly from start to finish. This was our first trip to Dubai and were struggling to decide on where to go/what to do as there are so many options! Booked with Dubai key for a 4 hour cruise over the Christmas break. We were not able to take the trip due to bad weather but Dubai key were very responsive and returned our deposit as no other dates were available. Would 100% use them again on a return trip.

Dubai Key arranged a brilliant day on our family holiday! They arranged a day on a beautiful yacht, with outstanding food cooked on board, jet ski’s and lovely staff who waited on us hand and foot. Dubai Key were quick to reply and literally made everything we asked for, happen! Thank you so much.

We booked the 50ft yacht for my brother’s birthday and had the best time! The balloons on the yacht were beautiful, the crew were fantastic and we really enjoyed the jet skis that we used during the trip.

My friends and I always get the group concierge package when we're coming to Dubai and Jay and the team make it such a great trip every time. There's always the best new places to go with the best tables, we always do a yacht day and the crews on the boats are always superb.

10/10 service and super responsive the whole trip for any plan changes. Definitely the best way to enjoy Dubai stress free.
