Stay away from any trial or IPS offered. They lost my investment during the trial and refused to honour the maximum 10% loss agreed. Recovery plan promised but not delivered. Advisors also try to persuade you to use your credit card to put up your investment during the trial. Be warned that MasterCard does not support chargeback on losses sustained despite the IPS explicitly stating a 10% loss.

Good service! Been with Dualix for a few weeks - good service - simply works. Highly recommended.

I've made several withdrawals also the profit was small, so it went through smoothly.

They are not a good company to invest with. They profit from your losing trades. The only good thing about them is that they are regulated by cysec. However that does not mean that you should trust them. They are market makers meaning that they are basically like a casino only difference is a casino doesn't pretend to be on your side.

Frankly, i am happy with this service. Yes, there are many platforms, a lot of assets, and a good Technical Analysis service here and in many other companies. But the level of personal service in Dualix makes me feel safe and secured!

I am trading on and off, mostly for fun and side income and i like this brand. Great app and web, i use mostly on mobile and its important to me, its quick. The spread is fine here (normal for regulated firm). Bank transfer was smooth, both too and from trading account.

I choose Dualix after my friend recommended me and i am very happy with the service. Good Luck to all of you!

Do NOT invest any of your money with this business. They will tell you it’s only a 10% RISK. This is complete lies. This is 100% RISK and you will LOSSE ALL your money within weeks . “The market has dropped” was there answer, this is lies. This is basically a casino . They want you to loose money so they get there % out of it. I have lost over €13,000 within 5 weeks. They will ask you to invest €250 at the start to get it up and running then they will show you making profits to impress you. They will then say you need to invest more to make more which the human thing is “you will” because you are making money on your initial €250. I was that stupid person who did this. Please take my advice and STAY CLEAR . (AMER was the guys name) your account manage , but I’m sure this name changes with different clients.

THE FRAUDSTERS AND THIEVES THEMSELVES ... AVOID THEM !!!

They have scammed me of 150 euro. I have opened my account with 250, they advised me to invest 200 in oil then in 3 days I have 108 euros in my account, and I didn't closed any gradings, I have managed to get a refund of 108 euros...

Pretty good website and platform, up to date and developing. The team is very nice, supportive and helpful.
Don’t have nothing to complain about, only complements ;)

Before you want to invest with Dualix be sure you know a lot about investments because this company is all but trustworthy and has an enormous capacity to trick out money from naive and gullible people.I had personally the experience,so beware!!!!!!!!

i was constantly being called on the phone and eventuly they scam me out of £3000 all promises no money their very good at withdrawing money from people but not giving any back
