I acknowledge that the error arose from my misunderstanding of how to print with a transparent background, however, as a new customer, clearer guidance would have been helpful, and it would have been reasonable to offer a reprint or alternative resolution

Sent them a test print amd also sent the same one else where to see who I wanted to use for my orders since selling my DTF printer. Text was missing, white backing was missing, my artwork was blamed. Artwork I've personally printed many times over and the other service printed perfectly. Awful service and they were dearer than the competitor!

Got ghosting on my order on the backside that transfers to t-shirts, difficult to contact. They don't answer the phone, takes forever to reply to emails if at all. No way to contact them on their website except by email. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid this company unless you want poor quality.

Poor service, poor quality and lack of support.
DTF quality is poor, UVDTF Quality is ok but they do get your order wrong must of the times and don’t correct it.
Contacting support is hard and they do not reply to emails so you have to phone. They are rude and unhelpful.

I would take your business somewhere else and get the service you deserve.
