Fraud Company

very disappointed its a fraud. After registration I put USDC in the app to pay for physical card. indeed i recieve the card but when im planning to topup i cant login it say "access denied no existing account" then i reachout to customer support to complain they say they inform the team regarding my case. days pass by until now it did not resolve they say my email is not registered. how come? i register both my email and my mobile number. how come my account remove? this app cannot be trusted.

Delay in refund

You should be wary of this company. The account was simply blocked despite no ToS violations. Then, there was endless correspondence with repeated promises to return the funds. It seems like a planned scam. Apparently, you should prepare an appeal to the regulator. I strongly advise against it!
