Loan process took bit of long time and…
Loan process took bit of long time and the interest rate initially misunderstood that 6.6℅ instead of 9.9℅.
I would advise before processing loan, the interest rate should be clearly mentioned and advised to the customer instead of later stage.

They gave me a loan through another…
They gave me a loan through another organisation. But they didn't tell me that there was a consultancy fee. All the procedures were finished, the loan was approved and then they told me that there would be a payment amount. They charged me 149€ for this and I had to pay it.

Room for improvement, but satisfied.
Service is good, but communication is a bit slow. From application untill approval took about 3 weeks, where I had to follow up continuously on my application and correspondence took minimum 2 days. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but as stated above, I feel customer communication needs to improve.

Great experience
Great experience. I had connected with various other finance companies. However I find DTC far better.
Positives :
1. Always available for on call support
2. No hidden factors involved
3. Transparency and promise on the timelines
4. Best offer based on the situation and market

It was a good experience.
I've received much help from Ferdinand who went above and beyond to sort things out for me.
I took out a star for the service from the reception who connects the calls to her colleagues and another star because the price for administration is to high. That's why only 3 stars.
