I am waiting for my payout to process for more than 5 months for now, for 2 accounts and I even followed their updated terms and conditions but still they didn’t pay me my earnings which they owe me. They ruined my and others life’s a group of scammers !!!!

Indeed they absolutely ruined the global system.

( The right place for them is behind bars otherwise many victims will suffer in the future from those organised criminals scammers )

Just try to get any reason for not to pay
I register with them on 20 Jan and made profit more than 6000 USD and suddenly the shutting down
they refuse to pay refund or payout and their reason that i didn't follow the rules of 5 pips and stop loss
and this totally lies , i didn't follow the 5 pips in 20 and 21 Jan and contact the customer service and they reply no problem month Calculated from 25 to 25 of the next month
and they continue if i follow the rules from that date and made more the 6000 USD . and suddenly they shutting down and their reason this time that i didn't have 10 day trading for this month …..they are the one who shutting down

Shutting down and not paying giving excuses. Being more careful with these kind of companies in the future. (Not trading more demo as a real account aswell)

I joined you last year, and Have had a very good payout. Thank you very much! i am so surprised at so may negative comments here - I personally never had any issues. I just submitted my invoice and hope to get paid in feb, and i am sure that there will be no problems. Sometimes dont know why "some" people complain... complain... and complain! before you point a finger at others, suggest look at the self.

Fraudulent company They stole my money and effort, it started not long ago and after a few days they stopped and did not respond until I was no longer able to access my trading account even though I never broke any rule and even the client panel I can no longer access it and I have all the proof My claim was I was placing high hopes on the company and I was disappointed and even lost all my money with them

DT4X was payout 2 account for me today. 3nd payout.

Keep patience, they will payout if you follow your rule.

They took my money and run away .I didn't reach my max stop loss .I was in loss but still I could of bounce back but they closed not replying to my email.

Definitely something dodgy here.
There is little we can do legally.
From hindsight be very careful with new prop funders with amazing terms that are easy.
I can see many new firms coming and going with scamming traders.
Police can do nothing since it’s a civil matter however you can check Companies House and seek the Directors detail potentially take action against them personally.
I would not do business with a prop firm thats not been. Around for less than 3 years ideally 5 years.
The strange things about DT they email me only last Friday confirming my ID documentation..why???! They may use my data for other purposes??
Be careful who you deal with

Hi. Like many of you, I have been scammed by this company(I paid $575.00 at the end of the year, and my account had a positive balance). After I get a negative answer from customer support regarding a refund, I made these steps to solve the issue, and I suggest you do the same:
1. -make a complaint to Scotland Police, they have a contact page
2. -ask for help to "PayBack ltd (I never worked with them before, so I don't know how good they are)
3. -contact this investigative journalism platform for Scotland, "The Farret", tell them your story, and ask them to investigate

UPDATE:
1. Scotland Police actually answered my complaint and asked for more details and proof. (Plssss, plssss guys and girls don't stay back, take the proper steps otherwise these scamming companies will continue to appear on the internet)
2. PayBack ltd answered back also, but they manage more than 3500$ losses and as is not my case, they suggested to me, to ask my bank for a refund... which I did. I opened a case with my bank also!

i joined the platform on 9th of Jan. Did not start trading until last week. Now all of sudden they shut down the company and refused to refund saying their cancellation policy.

They just cant understand this is not a cancellation from our side. they decided to shut down without prior notice.

They must refund all the active members before the legal consequences. Scammers

I've just transfered from MFF to DT4X because MFF has serious issues and is not reliable anymore. Obviously DT4X is going the same way now. I've had to trade 1,5 months because you need 10 Tradingdays for a payment. I was in good profits and will probably reach the necessary requirements for a payment on 25th feb. But NOOOO

They shut down their website 3-4 days ago and my account yesterday.

They say you get a refund if you've registered after the 22th of january. But of course i've registred on 11th and never had a chance to make any money. I've invested all my time to reach the necessary goals. Rules have never been violated. I've started with trading propfirm accounts (MFF and DT4X) from the 3th of january....now over a month later I simply have nothing!

2 Supportmails later they refuse to refund me. They just send you a copypaste answer that I'm not within the return policy.

DT4X have been in the top 3 of funding traders a month ago... now it's stupid to enter!!

Be carefull, they just want your money, they are not interested in doing serious business with you.

By the way, this is their announcement on the website. Only this page is working, you cannot enter your personal profile anymore.

PS WHO is making those 5 star reviews within the last 3 days??????? DT4X is closed, why should they make a positive review?? I guess they also pay for reviews.....

I started communicating with DT4X in December, then in January again there was no sign of an issue at least their honesty was not good enough to tell. Unfortunately, I did buy their account, made about 2.5% profit in 3 weeks. However, there is no sign of getting any money back. Either profit or the payment.
