Amelia Divan Bed
I purchased a bed from DS Living via Debenhams on 28/1.
Delivery was promised by 6/2 but did not arrive until 11/2 with no comms.
When the bed arrived there were zero instructions on how to put it together and it was also missing a foot meaning it could not be used.
I contacted DS Living 11/2 to point out the missing foot and ask that they send that part. A week on there’s still no sign of that, or any tracking details showing one has been sent.
Really disappointed that I’m still unable to use the bed coming up 2 weeks after it was due for delivery.
The bed itself looks nice but unfortunately the service has been very poor and lack of instructions is unhelpful.
I will have to seek a refund if this remains unresolved.
