The most awful train experience

The most awful train experience.
The most expensive short commute in EU.
Small trains with no storage for passengers between Malmo and Copenhagen airport.

I’ve witnessed dozens of people running between tracks like the sheep, then no train runs!
Denmark & Sweden are the most countries calling for global warming, climate changes etc. and advertising for their railways as a climate friendly transport. But they still have no idea what a time table means?
I complained to many people between both countries. But they simply answers “own a car”. so who the hell is running the climate change influence between people there?

They gave me wrong information

On 6th of June I got a message from Oresund.se about the strike on my mobile.
I had to travel on Sunday the 8th June from Cph Airport to Malmo and then to Gothenburg. The trip from Malmo to Gothenburg was supposed to happen with SJ train.
Since I tried to contact SJ customer service in their opening time on Friday the 6th and did not get any signal, no operator, no anything I was annoyed and called DSB Oresund to ask about the strike and If SJ trains run.
I had to know that before heading up in Sweden because one cannot travel to Hyllie with a bus and end up in Sweden without connection to my final destination Gothenburg.

When I called DSB Oresund I told the man that DSB general customer service does not know anything about the trains in Sweden and if the other trains are operating and HE TOLD ME THAT THERE ARE NO TRAINS and that WHEN THE STRIKE IS OVER SJ CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL EVENTUALLY PICK THEIR PHONES and explain to me how to use my tickets later or get my money back.

The problem is that I could not get any news from SJ and on their phone the information about the strike was told to me in SWEDISH so I took his words for the truth.
Well how can it be possible that in this situation I cannot get any information neither from Swedish nor from Danish side wether any other Swedish trains are running despite the strike...???

Today I contacted SJ main office and a woman explained to me that SJ has never been in strike!
On the 6th when I checked SJ webpage there was no message about the strike, nothing indicating that the trains are actually operating, nothing that i could understand on their customer service phone that could help me not lose my travel and spend my money for tickets that I did not use because of NO real information.

I talked to a person in DSB Oresund that assured me that all trains are in strike, no trains in Sweden, and that SJ will pick up their phones when the strike is over and I totally lost my tickets!
This opinion cost me 1100 dkk on the trash because of incompetent customer service in Denmark and NONE such in Sweden.

I think it is totally inappropriate.
