Hidden cost with no invoice provided…

Hidden cost with no invoice provided with purchase. Ticket purchase experience was ok. However, the hidden cost about $40 for purchasing 3 tickets with no explanation or with no invoices was very annoying. should definitely provide invoices same as other ticket selling website. So that customer knows, what they are paying for. Thanks!

Waiting for Amit Trivedi tickets!

I bought tickets to Amit Trivedi in Melbourne last week, but they still haven’t been emailed to me. The money has been deducted, but no tickets. I have called them twice, and someone answered with ‘hello’ (that’s it!); they assured me that the tickets were just being resent and that was more than 24 hours ago. I emailed them, but no response.
Completely unprofessional people running this joke of a company.

Bad customer service - unethical practices

They blocked tickets in front row when selling early birds and now unlocked them. When requested to change seats they’re now asking to rebook and charging fees as “admin charge” to change seats. Complete bs

Punjabi Virsa 2017.......worst …

Punjabi Virsa 2017.......worst management .....people related to organisers were consuming alcohol inside the venue although where it was told that It is a family function- no alcohol. Boys had fought on the balcony and they got kicked out but they were re-entered inside because they were friends of organisers where as normal people were treated bad. It was just money making event with poor organisation.
Our corrupt characters were seen clearly here and we blame others being racist.
what a Shame

Punjabi Virsa 2015 Sydney

*****FIRST AND LAST PUNJABI VIRSA 2015 Sydney (Liverpool not SYDNEY) *********
Hi Manmohan, Kamal & Sangtar,
First of all I want to say thank you for coming down to Liverpool NSW and hosting first Punjabi Virsa show.
I have listened to all (3) of yours songs and I love them all.
However, here is some true feedback from your true FAN without being biased or under any influence in regards to your Punjabi Virsa show in Sydney (Liverpool) 2015 on 5th Sept.
1. Your Punjabi Virsa @ Liverpool was very disappointing. There was nothing about the show that was Punjabi Virsa. Even music crews were wearing uniform like school kids which was English not PUNJABI.
2. In total 3 new songs in full concert BUT your promise was to sing new Punjabi Virsa 2015 with most of new songs (ref to facebook updates).
3. Kamal Heer sang all sad and old songs; just so drunk boys (minority audience) could stop dancing. Kamal except those 20 – 30 ppl others were there to listen to you and see your true capability of singing maybe you need to learn from your brother Manmohan.
4. Concert had NO respect for time, people or audience i.e.; gates were scheduled to open at 6pm and show to start at 7pm whereas show started at 8pm, audience were sitting like fools organizers had no information.
5. Low value for your buck. Concert only lasted for 2 hours and 10 minutes.
6. Organizers just rip-off people by selling them VVIP, VIP tickets. They were no different than having a low grade ticket i.e.; Plastic seats, having people dancing and blocking views, having people yelling in their ears. Moreover, all low grade ticket holders were standing all over like it was a mela not a show.
7. Organizers changed your seats without your consent and added more VIP seat to make more money. Had no respect for the booking made months before the show.
8. Overall I rate the concert 4/10.
9. Security personnel had no guts/power to kick out the nuisance creators.
In summary, if you want to go to show, carry low expectations, expect delays, poor organization, old songs, poor venue, poor seating arrangement, poor food, lot of nuisance, short concert.
All the best and ensure to write if you find any positives as I could not.

Great very quick and easy to buy tickets online

Very quick and efficient service. The ticket selection process was very good and easy to use. I used this to book tickets with Fusion Unleashed for some friends. They were satisfied with the seating and enjoyed the show.
