I got my product but havent tried yet. I gave 3 stars because:
1.I chose Airmail 3-5 days (Tracked), but they changed to FIRST CLASS ROYAL MAIL (no-tracking) which takes 5-8 working days for delivery
2, The customer service refused to pick up my phone, I called many many times though. (during their working time)
advice:
Maybe you could consider following other eshops' examples, like sending customers emails regarding tracking number, the process of delivering, for example "we have received your money", "your product has been delievered, and tracking number is..." something like that, then customers would not misunderstand, best regards!

For international orders, we offer tracked and standard delivery service as selected by the the customer. Sometimes custom clearances takes longer time resulting in delay.
