Rich is super easy to work with: flexible, relaxed, listens to your needs and keeps on top of things.

The team really enjoyed the session! Something that is a little out of the comfort zone, Rich puts everyone at ease.

We had a great time!

I've never played drums before so didn't know what to expect. It was a fantastic experience and actually very relaxing. Richard was patient teaching us and very encouraging. As well as being a good teacher I picked up welcoming vibes from him which made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Richard's drumming experience for team building.

The best team event I've ever had - by far.
- Organising the event itself couldn't have been easier. Rich is brill to work with: positive, upbeat, great listener, super flexible.
- Reading the room: we were a large group, all ages, all abilities, very different temperament. Somehow the 2min breathing exercise at the start brought us all together and set us up to be in sync.
- Easy going, confidence builder! Rich and Lia were great leaders, and built us up step by step. I was so impressed to hear our eclectic group sounding so great together in the pace of 1h!
- Fun! Everyone laughing together, no one taking things too seriously.
- Rich slipped in some analogies between team work and drumming in a very smart way - no corporate jargon, and all the more powerful for it.

Holding a team building day and searching for an engaging, accessible exercise that many team members could join in with and came to drumming team building. The session Rich held with the team was super engaging, a whole lot of fun and would do it all again. Would recommend Rich and his skills if you have a team wanting find a team building activity that everyone can pretty much do, working as a team and having a lot of laughs along the way!

Rich and the team were absolutely fantastic at the annual University of East London summer festival. We paid for the 50 person package and our students absolutely loved it. It was fantastic to see our students and staff get involved with the activity and our photographer managed to get some great shots from the activity.

Rich was very easy to negotiate with prior to the event and arrived early on the day and was easy to work with on the day.

I would highly recommend the team for corporate events from an ease of working together and a guest engagement perspective.

The process of booking DTB was really easy and exciting. We planned our event as a surprise for a group of 55 people who thoroughly enjoyed the event. The overall feedback was amazing and i would highly recommend!

Rich and Declan were superb from start to finish. Understood the ask, synced to the core theme of our company event (truly cared about the little details). And on the day, there were 50 of us, Rich had an eye (and an ear) for the detail on every single one of us, and ensured all were engaged at all times. In an hour he turned us into 'chaotic' wanna be muscians, to something that was half decent and you could hear a rythmn in there (somewhere). For me though it was the sheer joy and connection he bought to every single person. He said we were worth of going onto the street in Oxford at the end and we believed and we wanted to....... Fantastic event for any internal team build no matter the size. Even the Holiday Inn enjoyed (our venue) and not a single guest complaint!

Absolutely Fantastic!! All thanks to Rich for making it such an amazing session!! Everyone really enjoyed it and I am delighted to be able to leave some feedback. We are quite an introverted team of 50 and there are a few people who hate any sort of group activity. To see the worried look on their faces when they came into the room and see how that changed over the hour or so was incredible. They were absolutely buzzing! In all the activities I have organised I have never had so many positive comments. I am so pleased, although I’ll be struggling to find anything else to match this for any future events 😉. Thank you so much. I would totally recommend this to EVERYONE!

This is the second company I have had the opportunity to work with Richard and his drumming team building.

Richard is an excellent and engaging host, getting those who don't think they can play an instrument to being full emersed in the experience.

The team still talk about this event nearly a year on. We laughed, drummed as a team and a fabulous shared experience. I do not know how I am going to match that for our next away day.

Highly recommended as a team event that will be memorable and effective.
