I’ve ordered from Druids Golf twice and…
I’ve ordered from Druids Golf twice and both times the orders arrived very quickly and I was very happy with the quality of the clothes and the fit.
The prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of sales and different packs, I got the ambassador pack the last time I ordered and considering what golf gear usually goes for they’re great value.
I plan on getting some new golf shoes next and that’s where I’ll be going for them.

Delivery didnt arrive
Delivery didnt arrive. Druids kept blaming Evri ( might have been their fault - my contract was not with Evri) but at no point did Druids do anything about rectifying the situation.
Note: Since my review Druids have responsed again apologising for the fact that delivery didnt arrive. Stop apologising over and over again for same issue. Instead just make that sure when a delivery appears to be lost by the carrier get some definitive delivery information from them or send the order out again. Customer places and pays for the order. Courier looses it and Druids do nothing but blame the courier. Here’s an idea, rather than wait for the customer to complain about an infulfilled order, be proactive and offer a refund or resend! Apologies mean nothing when they mean nothing.

Easy purchase process, impossible return process
Overall purchase experience was as easy as expected with any online shopping portal. Delivery was even fairly quick considering international shipping. Quality was inline with expectations as well, which is to say good on garments, lower than expected on belt. But I made the purchase with the confidence that their refund policy was actually in good faith. If someone can get the link to initiate the return to work any particular day of the week, I would sincerely appreciate the shared knowledge. Due to the difficulty/inability to initiate the return/refund for credit, I have to give Druids a 1-star

The items I ordered came relatively quickly most fit and I liked them. The pants were WAY too small, even though I ordered a size up. I was charged $23 to return them so I didn’t bother trying another size as I didn’t want to pay again if they didn’t fit. Socks are pretty low quality. Like the top, mid layer and jacket.
