I usually get my delivery pretty quick ,I received 5 soaps instead of the 6 I ordered ,noticed one bar got shipped separately,and I still haven’t received it ,don’t get what happened here or why it’s taking so long .but if this is what’s gonna happen in the future ,I might just buy a soap at store near me ..

Everything was great my order was delivered to me really quick the contents were exactly what I ordered, the bricks smelt absolutely amazing better then i expected. I highly recommend using your product. Showering without one of your bricks is weird it doesn’t feel right not using one every day I have a shower. I always promote your product every chance I get to the people that are around me. I even give away some of my bricks to people who’ve never heard of you guys and even to people who have never tried your product before. I tend to give away 2-3 bricks every time I order from you.

Extremely s***** your website somehow grabbed an address from who the f*** knows where and sent my products to an address I haven't lived at for 5 years. I'm not even sure how your website got that address. I found out today it was delivered as I looked it up to try and track it. Unreal. Very s***** experience. Cancel everything in the future cuz it doesn't seem to do anything on the website. When I cancel my subscription very pissed off

Bought products, 3 weeks later only 1 part of the shipment still didn’t show movement, contact customer service they mentioned that they will send it now. Later the confirmed that some of the products where sold out and they wouldn’t replace them. Decided to confirm that I wanted a reimbursement for those and they sent the rest, but still my only reason to made the buy where those products that now were sold out, when I buy them they weren’t sold out. I feel like the whole experience was a disappointment and the solution was never to replace the products. If your system didn’t count the stock properly is not my fault, but I still have to come to terms to not have the products. and on top of that I was the one that had to ask for the reason why the whole shipment was delayed.
Worst experience, even when the quality of the products is good, I won’t ever buy anything again.

I like the items but the shipping taking to long it's hard to keep track of packages is shipping or not

It was fun and I love the natural ingredients annd the fact that it is aluminum free.
