Signed up for their Affiliate Program, and made almost USD 250,00 in Commissions for my sales, and one day, without any notice they just gone and did not Pay me for the work done to promote their Brand. Wanna buy a better and reliable product go to Ark Of Sweden.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. No refund and now no replies. But what is in my favor is I go thru the town it's made in, so if I can find an address I will confront them face to face. Maybe.

I ordered products from the website in May of this year. Nothing has been delivered. I contacted customer support, they apologized and said the order was delayed (June). It's now August, and still nothing has been delivered. Customer support is not responding.

Placed an order for €59. On June 22nd.
Nothing sent. Emailed them about 8 times.
Same automated response saying they’ll send soon. Asked for a refund. Same automated response saying they’ll send soon. It is now August. Talked to my bank. They’re opening an investigation to get my money back.
DO NOT BUY.

No confirmation no package, scam

Likely scammed. No package sent. Lost like 45 Euros. E-mailed them five times but no replay. Order placed on june 30 and today is august 5! :-(

This company is fraudulent!!! Do not buy from them. I paid for my order months ago and they were out of stock. No worries at that point because everyone has stock issues at one point or another. After a couple months of being promised they would be back in stock and send my order, they sent me a DHL tracking number. The DHL tracking number when traced said it was packaged but had not left the facility. After about a week the tracking number became invalid and obsolete. Another LIE!

So, I reached out to the company and asked where my order was again (3 months later) and I got one response that said, what is your order number I will help. I sent it and NO response ever again. They CHARGE your CARD and NEVER ship your products.

FRAUD!!

Totaly scammed, the subscribe your order and never send It, the scam me twice, the shipment can't reach the destination, the keep saying Sorry we will send you soon. I'm waiting for 4 month. Absolutely do not buy from Drop fx

It’s true, the company is a scam. I was ordered one item 25/5. No tracking number. No update at all…

Bougth 2 drops beginning of April , after 10 days i asked for a tracking and they answered the drops hadn't been shipped because out of stock.. I kept asking for updates for 4 weeks and everytime the answer was the same "currently out of stock they will be shipped next week". I asked for a refund and got no answer. Luckily i paid with paypal and opened an enquiry which should be solved with a refund from paypal. It's a scam! In the best scenario they are selling something they don't have in house and customers should be advised before buying that there might be a 2 months (or whatever) for delivery.. But i guess this isn't the scenario...

I can't believe the level of disappointment I've experienced with this company. Seriously, where do I even begin? First off, they conveniently did not mention on their website that the hustle drops were out of stock until after I'd already paid up. Then, after patiently waiting for what felt like an eternity, they casually dropped the bomb that I'd have to wait another four weeks. When I reached out to customer support to change my address before shipping, it was like talking to a brick wall—no response whatsoever after sending my new address. I had contacted them 3 times with the new address. And don't even get me started on the lack of tracking information for the hustle drops. Meanwhile, the other items I ordered supposedly in stock are nowhere to be seen, thanks to their apparent inability to grasp the concept of address changes. I placed my order on March 17th, and here we are at the end of May, still NOTHING. I have now been ghosted, as I have not received any responses to my many requests for a refund. It's beyond frustrating. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company like the plague. They've managed to turn what should've been a simple transaction into a complete nightmare

The company is probably a fake.
I ordered the DROP FX more than a month ago, but I never received them, and have never got replies to my emails.
It has been therefore impossible to get a refund.
I call this FRAUD.

Crappy company. Purchased Drop FX. Sampled by opening and taking 1/2 of the dosage. ITS AWEFUL. No effect. The only reaction I had was how disgusting it was. Would not authorize return because it was not “in the original” packaging since I had removed the wrapping around lid. It went into the trash…40 isn’t going to break me but such a nasty product should warrant some refund. Should have known buying off of FB 🤦🏽‍♀️

This company is not treating clients well. Sell products which they don’t have on stock, lie about sending and not contact about sending money back .

Ordered March 8, 2024. It is now May and still nothing! Refuses to give refund and still no product! I’m looking into how I can get money back through my bank. At least the banks will shut down transactions with this company if you report it to the FDIC

Hey i ordered and 1 month still got nothing. Scam

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
What a con this place is.
Tried to cancel within an hour of ordering but they said I can't cancel as it had already been sent out (unlikely)
Then I receive an email saying one of the bottles I ordered was out of stock and would be 5 weeks, so again I tried to cancel and they said it was on the way already. This was 10 ago. Still nothing and no reply from them when I ask whats going on.

Someone should take action on closing this company down.

Every single comment that is there goes on the same thing repeated.

This company should be closed with immediate effect as it is just stealing peoples money.

Don't buy anything from this company, after 45 days I still did'nt get any item
