So we paid £1,200 to Steven Williams at Drop studio for a pitchdeck which we never received. We arranged a meeting with him to ask for a refund and he said he would look into it, we sent him an email with proof of the payment and our bank details. All correspondence has since been ignored. Stay well away from these guys, they are complete amateurs and are just out to scam what they can from unsuspecting people. I plan on taking further action now and going down the legal route as we made sure to record the video call we had with him. All of their social media pages are inactive and the founder Steven Williams isn't even on Linkedin which is alarming to say the least. This company needs to be shut down before they scam anybody else!

Scam artists. This Guy Ross, is their main ‘chaser’ who scams people into signing the contract, then you’ll never hear from him again as he scams others. He blatantly lies to help get papers together and he will lie about helping other companies gain investors. After a while Tom the ‘owner’ calls you saying, he will get a ‘team’ to help. There is no team. It’s just these 2 clowns trying to scam people. I am reporting them. They better get my refund before they get thrown in jail for scam.

Complete and utter scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They do not have access to investors and have not helped companies with over £100M in capital. I called the companies they claim to have helped and verified this. The owner is also extremely disrespectful and does not even have any business experience. Do not waste your money, you've been warned!

They actually assisted me in raising money for my business. I couldn't have picked a better business to take care of things for me. They truly relieved a lot of pressure off both my business and me. Our project would not have succeeded without them!

I can't recommend Drop Studio highly enough. Over the 5 or so videos they've done for us, I've found them to be so easy to work with. They make great suggestions, and are professional, friendly, and talented. And, their turnaround on projects is always timely. You can't go wrong with Drop Studio!

Total Scam.

They promised us that they will find us investors and we will have meetings and we ended up receiving random linked in profiles of potential investors.

When we filed an official complaint, they replied that this is the way to raise money, but they were clearly lying.

We will file a law suit as well.

I do not recommend this company for startups. Raising capital is nerve-racking and anxiety-inducing for new and inexperienced startup founders. Companies like Drop Studio are designed to take advantage of such founders and make quick cash. I, unfortunately, was one of those naive founders who paid over £4000 for fundraising support. What I got was a cheap copy-pasted set of ppt slides. I was supposed to have a campaign manager as my point of contact guiding me through the fundraising journey, and to this day, I am not even sure if that person actually exists (I have never had a conversation with them). A quick look at this company's employees on Linkedin shows a bunch of obscure profiles with unclear qualifications. Thankfully, I got most of my payment refunded after threatening to take them to small court for overselling and underperforming. Do not use it if you are an early-stage startup and money and time are precious.

Absolutely disgusting service - It is a total waste of money and would stay away this.

I will be going to a Consumer protection lawyer to get a refund as they have offer Zero refund for one of the worst pitch decks received.

Complete thieves.

It was a good experience working with drop studio on our recent fundraiser. Our team got the guidance that was needed throughout the campaign. The campaign video create by the creatives at Drop was a game changer.
