Support used to be good but now replies are really slow. When people are running businesses day to day it’s important to get quick help, not wait days for answers. The software is fine but if issues come up and support can’t reply asap it makes it very hard to rely on.

Droopify has made managing multiple stores so much easier—product syncing, bulk edits, and order automation all work smoothly. Support Team is fast and hands-on, even helping with migration.

I’d love to see more built-in analytics, but overall it’s a reliable, time-saving tool for serious sellers.
