DON’T SUBSCRIBE

I subscribed to give the gut health protein balls a try for our two dogs. One dog refused to taste them (offered every day as a treat for a month), the other would only reluctantly try when no other treat was around. Fortunately she is our butt scooter- unfortunately they did nothing to change it so I cancelled the subscription. I received an email confirming I cancelled and then yesterday was charged again and a confirmation email that my next delivery had left. Bad service - firstly not even a reminder that the subscription is coming (I have multiple delivery subscription and they all notify a week before in case I want to delay or skip) but the fact they confirmed cancellation I shouldn’t even have had to worry. SCAM! Don’t subscribe!
